Webmail

Imagine receiving your email any where, any time and any place! Our Webmail system allows you to access your existing (POP3 or IMAP) email account from any web-enabled device (computer, PDA, mobilephone etc) from any where in the world at any time! 

The software for our WebMail system is hosted on our servers so there is no installation required and indeed no technical knowledge required to start using it. Once your order is processed we provide you with a unique Internet address to access your emails via our WebMail system. WebMail uses any existing POP3 (or IMAP) email account which means that you can still access your emails via your favourite email program (Outlook etc) as well. To view your emails in WebMail you simply login with your email address and password. It couldn't be simpler!  And best of all, WebMail is FREE on all our hosting accounts!

Our WebMail system has these fantastic features:

View the list of emails in your Inbox (before downloading)
View individual emails (plain text and HTML)
Delete emails (individually or in bulk) from your Inbox with or without reading them (particularly useful when you have an email that you either can not, or do not, want to download)

Set email priority (Low, Normal, High)
CC (Carbon copy) and BCC (Blind Carbon Copy)
Individual users preferences including Email Signature, Full Name, CC self etc
Sort your emails by From, Subject, Date and Size 
Multi-lingual - WebMail works in 29 languages!
Allows you to access an unlimited number of existing POP3 (or IMAP) email accounts on your domain (multiple domains on the 'Platinum' version)
Select your own colour scheme*
Unlike other web-based email systems, Webmail does not have any advertising, there are no banners or popups etc.
WebMail can be own-branded so that appears to be your own service (perfect for Resellers!)*

WebMail is FREE on all our hosting accounts but if you don't host with us you can still have WebMail and it's available in three versions:

• 'Silver' which includes all of the above features (except those marked by *)
• 'Gold' which in addition can be own-branded so that appears to be your own service. You may select from one of three built-in colour schemes. You may change the 'WebMail' logo to your own logo. And include your own tag line (such as 'Powered by Your Name') in each email sent
• 'Platinum' which has all the features of 'Gold' plus the facility to access unlimited POP boxes on unlimited domains! (perfect for Resellers!).
